Marek Rostkowski

CAREER
Marek Rostkowski started his professional career in 2002, from the very beginning focusing on the transport, forwarding and logistics (TSL) industry. He graduated from the Gdynia Maritime University, where he earned a master’s degree in quality management, and from the MBA program at the Gdansk School of Banking. His first position was at ROHLIG SUUS Logistics, where he gained experience in logistics operations as a freight forwarder. In his career, he also took the position of commercial specialist and served as director of sales and marketing.

OMIDA Group
In 2010, Marek co-founded Omida Group, becoming one of the key players in the TSL market in Poland. As CEO, he brought the company to the top 10 of the industry’s largest companies in the country in just eight years. Today, OMIDA Group is a group of more than a dozen companies, employing nearly 1,000 people across the country.

Under his leadership, the company has been repeatedly awarded prestigious prizes, including Forbes Diamonds and Business Gazelles and Super Gazelles.

In his role as CEO of Omida Group, Marek Rostkowski emphasizes on building an organizational culture based on community and trust, following the motto “TOGETHER WE ARE STRONG”. As a leader, he manages a company that not only provides comprehensive logistics solutions, but also focuses on innovation and long-term development. Brands supports development and entrepreneurship by accelerating ideas and business concepts by connecting them to the group and using the OMIDA Group structure for faster growth.

CSR ACTIVITIES
As a mentor at the Columbus Foundation and leader of The Grade, a development program for high school students, he shares his experience inspiring the next generation of leaders. He is a co-founder of the OMIDA Yacht Club, which promotes sailing among the local community, and organizes trips for Omida Group employees
and integrations.

Privately, Marek Rostkowski is a devoted husband and proud father of two daughters. Involvement in social and charitable activities is an important part of his life. He is also involved in local initiatives. He holds the title of Honorary Philanthropist of the Hospice Foundation “Hospice is also Life”, where he actively supports activities for those in need. In life, he is guided by the principle “through learning and applying the knowledge gained, any problem can be solved,” which perfectly reflects his commitment to sharing his knowledge and experience.
