We are pleased to announce that Robert Pikus has joined OMIDA Group as Chief Strategy Officer (Director of Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions). Robert will be responsible for formulating OMIDA Group’s long-term strategy and overseeing Mergers & Acquisitions \/ “M&A” projects, including the development of the Logistics Integrator initiative. Robert has extensive experience and exceptional skills in the aforementioned aspects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He began his career as a business consultant at the renowned firm EY, where he developed his professional competence for more than 5 years, gaining knowledge in corporate finance and M&A, as well as the skills necessary to carry out complex strategic analyses and develop innovative solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
He then worked for almost 6 years at Enterprise Investors, a leading Private Equity firm in the Central and Eastern European region, where, as Investment Director, he was responsible for the entire investment process in the fund’s portfolio companies. As a member of several supervisory boards, he provided support to founders and boards of directors of companies at various stages of development, on many complex business initiatives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For the past 5 years, he has advised private entrepreneurs and Private Equity \/ Venture Capital companies, mainly on bolt-on acquisitions. His excellent analytical and negotiation skills, as well as his broad strategic perspective, have resulted in numerous successes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
