OMIDA Group, Omida Logistics, Virtus Logistics, and Cargonite signed a letter of intent, marking the beginning of the journey to unite these road transport companies and create a single, stronger brand.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The merger of these three specialized portfolio companies within the OMIDA Group aims to improve operational efficiency, reduce operational costs, and establish cohesive and highly automated service processes. Ultimately, this will increase the new entity&#8217;s attractiveness to clients by enhancing reliability and the quality of services provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery
