We are pleased to announce that OMIDA Group SA, continuing its strategy of consolidating the TSL sector in Poland, has acquired an 85% stake in 7R Solution Sp. z o.o. from 7R Holding Limited.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

7R Solution specializes in contract logistics, operating in modern Class A warehouses with a total area of 160,000 m\u00b2<\/strong>, located across several sites throughout the country. S\u0142awomir Be\u0142tkiewicz, the current President of 7R Solution, will remain on the company’s board, retaining a 15% stake. He will work alongside Norbert O\u0142tarzewski, responsible for warehouse logistics development at OMIDA Group, to continue growing this key business segment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This acquisition is part of OMIDA Group’s long-term strategy to expand its three core business pillars:<\/strong>

\u2013 Sea, air, and rail freight
\u2013 Road and intermodal freight
\u2013 Contract logistics<\/p>\n\n\n\n
