Szymon Rusztyn
With over 18 years of experience in the TSL industry, he started his career as a freight forwarder. He then took on a leadership role at Omida, where his managerial skills and strategic approach were quickly recognized.
He was a co-founder of Virtus Logistics, a company specializing in military transport, which, under his leadership, became one of the market leaders, employing 180 people and achieving annual sales of 300 million PLN.
Currently, as the CEO of Omida VLS, he is responsible for operational integration, expansion into new markets, and maintaining customer relationships. He focuses on implementing innovative solutions and building synergies within OMIDA Group, contributing to its dynamic growth.
Michał Pikura
Michał Pikura has been active in the TSL industry for over 15 years.
His analytical approach and ability to organize complex processes allowed him to rapidly develop the structures of Virtus Logistics, where, as Regional Director, he was responsible for operational development and team management. Consistent work and leadership skills enabled him to expand the company’s operations dynamically and integrate into the OMIDA Group structures.
As a member of the board of OMIDA VLS, Michał is responsible for the strategic development of the organization, coordination of operational processes, and building relationships with key clients. His priority is the integration of partner companies and joint growth in the road freight market in Poland. He focuses on operational efficiency and the long-term growth of the organization.
Maciej Daniluk
Maciej Daniluk has nearly 10 years of experience in financial controlling and strategic management. He began his career at OMIDA Group in 2015, rising to the position of business controller. He stands out for his comprehensive approach to finance, process optimization, and building business awareness within teams. At Omida VLS, as a board member, he is responsible for financial management and operational development.
He focuses on implementing innovative solutions that support operational efficiency and the long-term growth of the organization.
