On June 13, 2024, the annual meeting of Omida Group managers took place at the Haffner Hotel in Sopot.
Boards of Companies, Department Directors, and Managers gathered to summarize the past year, discuss achievements, and talk about plans for the future.

Summary of 2023 for OMIDA Group and Omida Logistics

The meeting began with a detailed summary of the results for 2023. We discussed the market situation and the impact of economic events on the company’s results last year. We also talked about rising rates and the importance of complementary products for the TSL sector, which put us in a better position than the rest of the market.

Representatives from Omida Sea And Air, Omida Solutions, Omida Trade, Omida SSC, Stark Log, and CARGONITE were also present at the meeting. It was a great opportunity to exchange information and establish new connections with new people who have joined our organization.

Summary of 2023 for Virtus Logistics

Next, the president of Virtus Logistics, Szymon Rusztyn, presented the company’s results and activities for 2023.
Virtus is a brand that has developed in specialized product areas of the road sector such as Virtus Oversize and the defense sector service in recent years. This dynamic growth was the result of the tremendous dedication of the management board, managers, and all employees who value the unique atmosphere above all. Thanks to it, we can grow in the market, speak openly about changes and development, which would not be possible without a qualified staff.

Awards

After the break, it was time to reward employees for their contribution to the company’s development. We focused on several aspects: KPIs in large and small departments, top margin, product of the year, and the greatest progress. Additionally, distinctions were awarded by the OMIDA Group board, Omida Logistics, and the back-office company Omida SSC.

Back Office, HR, and Marketing

At the end of the meeting, plans for the development of the personnel structure in Omida SSC were presented, and we discussed plans related to HR activities and marketing activities that are to support the further dynamic development of the company.

The entire event concluded with a Q&A session to provide managers and directors with answers to any questions that may arise in their teams upon returning to their branches.
