We have commenced the first stage of integrating our resources following the acquisition of 7r Solutions. As a result, today we are unveiling a new logo, which will be used in our communication with clients and other stakeholders of the company.
Omida 7r Solutions is a brand that provides a wide range of logistics and warehousing services across multiple locations in Poland, under a unified brand. It leverages the accumulated know-how, customer base, and operational efficiency of the OMIDA Group.
Stage 1: Resource Integration
The first stage of the integration focuses on merging the resources of both companies, providing our current and future clients with access to an even more comprehensive range of services.
In practice:
◾access to efficient transport solutions within the OMIDA Group, including road, sea, air, intermodal, and rail transport,
◾a shared warehouse space of 200,000 m²,
◾the ability to benefit from an expanded portfolio of logistics services, including co-packing, warehousing, labeling, order fulfillment, returns handling, and customs services.
New Branding, Same Quality of Service
Our new brand – Omida 7R Solutions – represents the merging of the expertise and know-how of both companies. As part of the rebranding process, we have introduced new promotional materials to inform our clients about the changes. We are initiating a process aimed at embedding the new brand in the minds of our clients, highlighting our warehouses in key locations. These facilities offer many of our current and potential clients a new standard of service in supply chain management, ensuring stability and business growth.

What’s Next?
In the upcoming stages, we will implement further enhancements resulting from the synergy between Omida 7r Solutions and other companies within the Group. In the near future, we will gradually introduce updates to our marketing materials and communication channels, while also integrating our operational teams. These efforts are designed to better meet the needs of our clients and efficiently manage logistics operations.
