Marek Rostkowski

Marek Rostkowski began his professional career in 2002, focusing on the rapidly growing transport, forwarding, and logistics (TSL) industry. Working as an international freight forwarder at Rohlig Suus, and later as a sales specialist and director of sales and marketing, he built a solid foundation in logistics operations that enabled him to understand the complexity of the sector.

In 2010, Marek, together with Bartłomiej Glinka, co-founded the company Omida. As CEO, he propelled the company into the top ten largest firms in the industry in the country within just eight years. Today, OMIDA Group is a group of companies employing nearly 1,000 people nationwide. Under his leadership, the company has repeatedly been awarded prestigious accolades, including Forbes Diamonds as well as the Gazelles and Super Gazelles of Business awards.

As CEO of OMIDA Group, Marek Rostkowski placed special emphasis on building an organizational culture based on community and trust, guided by the motto “TOGETHER WE ARE STRONG.” As a leader, he managed a company that not only delivers comprehensive logistics solutions but also prioritizes innovation and long-term growth. Marek actively supports entrepreneurship by accelerating the business ideas and concepts of companies that join the Group, enabling them to develop dynamically within its structure. Currently, as a member of the Supervisory Board, he also serves as a Mentor, creating opportunities for the next generation of leaders.

As a mentor at the Columbus Foundation and the leader of the development program for high school youth, The Grade, he shares his experience. He has been honored with the title of Honorary Philanthropist by the Hospice Foundation “Hospice is also Life,” where he actively supports initiatives for those in need.
