A practitioner with over 18 years of experience in logistics management, warehousing, and customer service in the FMCG sector, gained both in corporate structures and private consultancy. He has been with OMIDA Group since 2022, responsible for the development of contract logistics and the Omida Solutions project.
Previously affiliated with companies such as DB Schenker, Bakalland S.A., Lorenz Bahlsen Snack-World, and METRO Group Logistics. Founder of Polish Logistics Solutions – a consulting and staffing agency specializing in outsourced logistics services, tenders, and process optimization.
In his work, he focuses on the human factor as a key element of successful organizational integration and transformation. His experience at the intersection of various business models enables him to accurately address the real needs of both clients and operational teams.
He sees the greatest value in building cohesive teams and long-term relationships – both with clients and colleagues – as well as in optimizing processes within the supply chain. He combines strategic knowledge with an operational approach to processes, which makes him an effective leader in complex transformation projects.
