Bartłomiej Glinka has over 20 years of experience in the TSL industry. In his career, he held, among other roles, the position of branch director at Rohlig SUUS Logistics, where he was responsible for developing maritime, air, and domestic distribution services, and he also gained experience as an international freight forwarder at Evergreen Marine Corporation and Fransped.

In 2010, together with Marek Rostkowski, he founded the company Omida, which, as it grew, transformed into OMIDA Group—one of the fastest-growing logistics companies in Poland. As the CEO of OMIDA Group, Bartłomiej Glinka was responsible for the overall company strategy. During his tenure, he received numerous awards, including the Super Gazelles of Business (2019), the Pomeranian Economic Gryf Award (2015), Forbes Diamond (2017), TOP Manager of Pomerania (2018), and the Olivia Prize for the Omida Intermodal product.

His management philosophy is based on the principle that people are the key to a company’s success; therefore, he decided to change his role and now serves on the Supervisory Board of OMIDA Group and its other operating companies. This allows him to act as an ambassador for the Omida brand and focus on strategic initiatives while giving other leaders room to further develop the Group in a dynamically changing industry.

He is the co-founder and president of the Columbus Foundation, whose main goal is to educate young people and business leaders. The Columbus Personal Development Academy, which Bartłomiej originated, operates in 17 cities, bringing together individuals interested in personal and professional growth. For many years, Bartłomiej has also been an active member of the Expert Council of the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdańsk, where he conducts workshops on entrepreneurship.

As part of his CSR initiatives, Bartłomiej supports young athletes, including billiards players and table tennis players. He organizes and participates in the OMIDA Open tennis tournaments, promoting an active lifestyle among youth. Bartłomiej Glinka is also a participant in the Tri-City Sailing League and the founder of the OMIDA Yacht Club, which promotes sailing within the local community.
