Maciej Daniluk

Maciej Daniluk has nearly 10 years of experience in financial controlling and strategic management. He began his career at OMIDA Group in 2015 as a junior controlling specialist, where he handled sales reporting, margin control, and the creation of incentive systems. Later, he served as a business controller, responsible for financial management and collaboration with company boards, successfully combining analytical expertise with business practice.

During his time at OMIDA Group, Maciej distinguished himself with a comprehensive approach to corporate finance, particularly in fostering synergy between departments and building business awareness within teams. Thanks to his dedication and analytical skills, he contributed to optimizing financial processes and implementing solutions that support the Group’s development.

Currently, amid the dynamic growth of the new Omida VLS brand, Maciej has assumed the role of board member and is responsible for strategic financial management and the development of operational processes.

Maciej is known for his passion for sports, which helps him maintain a balance between professional and personal life. His open approach to communication, commitment, and ability to build relationships are key to achieving common goals and advancing projects at OMIDA Group.
