Robert Pikus

Robert Pikus has nearly 20 years of experience in business development and M&A. He began his career at EY, where he developed his advisory skills in corporate finance. Later, at Enterprise Investors, he served as Investment Director, being responsible for the entire investment process. His work involved generating transactional leads, performing business and financial analyses and company valuations, modeling transactions, developing growth strategies, negotiating and closing deals, and then monitoring and overseeing portfolio companies from the board level until exit from the investment.

In recent years, as an independent advisor, he has supported private entrepreneurs and PE/VC funds in business development and executing M&A transactions. Thanks to his experience and excellent negotiation skills, he has contributed to many successful deals and the development of numerous business initiatives.

He joined OMIDA Group in 2023 as an independent advisor for Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions. He currently serves as Chairman of the Board at OMIDA Group, overseeing the implementation of the Group’s long-term strategy, the internal integration of the Group’s entities, and M&A projects – including initiatives related to the Logistics Integrator.

At OMIDA Group, Robert focuses on launching new initiatives and consolidating the TSL sector, enabling the Group to grow faster than the market. He is highly regarded for his effectiveness, comprehensive knowledge, and ability to identify synergies and non-obvious opportunities for the Group’s development.
