Paulina Konieczna

Since 2012, she has been involved in the warehouse and logistics industry as well as the warehouse real estate sector. She developed her professional experience alongside the dynamic growth of the 7R Group, specializing in finance, accounting and financial process management. She held, among others, the position of Head of Accounting and was actively involved in the process of securing a strategic investor for the 7R Group.

Since July 2024, she has been a co-owner of an accounting firm, where she is responsible for developing accounting services and financial service standards for businesses. She combines hands-on operational experience with expertise in accounting, financial reporting and team management.

She has been with OMIDA Group since December 2024, when she joined the organization as Chief Accountant. During this time, she implemented a number of organizational changes and improved financial and accounting processes, increasing their standardization, transparency and efficiency. One of the key outcomes of these initiatives was the streamlining of reporting processes, enabling the Group’s companies to complete their financial statements within the required deadlines for the first time in 2026.

As CFO, she is responsible for OMIDA Group’s finance function, its further development and oversight of accounting operations. Her focus is on developing team capabilities, automating and standardizing processes, and leveraging financial data as a tool to support business decision-making and the achievement of the organization’s strategic objectives.
