Szymon Rusztyn

Szymon Rusztyn has been involved in the TSL industry for over 18 years. He began his career as a freight forwarder at Delphia, where he spent more than four years. He then assumed a managerial position for the road team at Omida, where the Board quickly recognized his managerial talent, operational skills, and qualities of an effective leader.

Based on this, together with the founders of OMIDA Group, they decided to establish the road subsidiary Virtus Logistics, operating throughout Europe with various specializations, including unique ones such as military transport. Thanks to his consistent work and strategic abilities, Szymon built one of the leading freight forwarding companies on the Polish market, employing 180 staff across several branches and generating an annual revenue of 300 million PLN. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated the ability to manage large teams and optimize processes, focusing on quality, innovation, and effective customer relationship management—forming the foundation of the company’s dynamic growth.

Currently, as President of Virtus Logistics and President of the new brand Omida VLS, he leads initiatives aimed at achieving operational and organizational coherence in the new entity, while maintaining high service quality and strong relationships with clients and carriers. His priority is to ensure the coordinated efforts of all road companies within the OMIDA Group and to drive dynamic growth in new markets.

Outside of work, Szymon pursues his passion for motorsports. Combining speed with precision, motor sports perfectly reflect his management approach—operating with an ambitious vision while maintaining complete control over every aspect of the endeavor.
