Szymon Mikołajczak

A leader with nearly 20 years of experience in contract logistics and warehouse operations management in an international environment. Throughout his career, he has developed logistics structures in global organizations such as TNT, H&M Logistics, CHEP, and FM Logistic. He joined OMIDA Group in 2024, taking on the role of Vice President of the Management Board at Omida Solutions. He is responsible for developing warehouse logistics as one of the Group’s key business pillars.

He began at the ground level – as a warehouse employee at a distribution center in the UK – and gradually advanced through all levels of operations management. Working at the intersection of processes, technology, and teams, he gained experience in implementing WMS systems, optimizing supply chains, and building outsourcing structures.

At CHEP, he was responsible, among other things, for managing a portfolio of projects on a European scale, holding roles ranging from Asset Management to European Key Account Manager. At FM Logistic, he led comprehensive transformation projects – from outsourcing implementations to the integration of logistics services for clients across various industries.

In his work, he focuses on efficiency, operational excellence, and a partnership-based management model. He believes that people – their skills, attitude, and willingness to act – are the greatest asset of any organization. He consistently builds work environments based on open communication and high standards.

Privately based in Poznań, he values a healthy balance between professional and personal life.
