Michał Pikura

Michał Pikura has been involved in the TSL industry for over 15 years. He began his professional career as an international freight forwarder, gaining experience in organizing logistics processes. After a few years, he joined Virtus Logistics, where his analytical thinking and ability to manage complex processes enabled him to effectively develop organizational structures and support new initiatives.

Michał consistently honed his skills, which allowed him to assume a managerial role. As Regional Director, he was responsible for operational development and team management. He always emphasizes independence and accuracy, which translates into the efficiency of his actions. His consistent work and leadership abilities allowed him to dynamically expand the business and integrate into the OMIDA Group.

Now, as a member of the management board of the new OMIDA VLS brand, Michał Pikura contributes to the strategic development of the organization and plays a key role in the integration process.

He is responsible for coordinating processes aimed at achieving operational and organizational coherence. By focusing on high-quality services and operational efficiency, he nurtures relationships with key clients and transport partners. His priority is to support collaboration among all partner companies and jointly drive dynamic growth in Poland’s road freight forwarding market.

He finds satisfaction in being part of the process. The opportunity to take action, streamline operations, solve problems, and observe progress makes him feel truly engaged. The journey he undertakes fuels him the most and provides energy for new projects.
