Bio
Krzysztof Boryszewski is one of the key leaders at OMIDA Group, responsible for managing back-office processes. As the Managing Director of Omida SSC and a Member of the Management Board at Omida Finance, he introduces innovative solutions that optimize the entire organization.
He began his career as a quality coordinator, and even then his dynamic professional growth allowed him to gain extensive experience in managing operational processes. Running his own transport company and holding managerial positions related to fleet and infrastructure management provided him with a solid foundation in the TSL (transport, forwarding, and logistics) industry. His experience also includes overseeing processes related to environmental protection and GDPR regulations.
At Omida SSC, he manages a wide range of activities, including task backlogs, operational KPIs, strategic projects, and the development of long-term plans for the Group. His efforts to improve the quality and efficiency of support teams—essential for the organization’s international operations—are particularly noteworthy. Krzysztof believes in the power of Management by Objectives, which enables him to effectively align individual employee actions with the Group’s strategic goals. His aim is to support teams and create an environment in which every employee feels they have a real impact on the organization’s success.
At Omida Finance, he serves as a Member of the Management Board and co-creator of the innovative OmiPay program—a financing system for carriers that supports the operations and cash flow of OMIDA Group’s partners.
Outside of work, he actively maintains a balance between professional and personal life by regularly engaging in sports—from basketball and running to family cycling trips. Sports help him recharge and prepare for new challenges.
