Artur Waśkiewicz

Artur Waśkiewicz has over 25 years of experience in financial management. He gained his expertise in international corporations such as Kearney and Orange, as well as in Polish capital groups supported by Private Equity funds that aim to become significant players in Europe, including Wirtualna Polska, Greenway, and Exact Systems. He specializes in securing financing, managing ownership changes, and optimizing forecasting and management reporting.

At OMIDA Group, he serves as Vice President of the Management Board and CFO, responsible for relationships with financial partners, financing expansion, and integrating acquired entities. His work focuses on supporting value creation across all organizational units and ensuring the Group’s financial stability. He is involved in operational improvements within back-office structures, which allows for more precise measurement of the profitability of individual activities and supports data-driven strategic decision-making.

His vision for the development of OMIDA Group is based on establishing the position of a strong player in the TSL market through both organic growth and acquisitions, as well as a personalized approach to clients.
